If you weren’t pleased with your service, please reach out to us within one week of your service date. We do not guarantee a refund for your service, but it is our hope and intention to offer solutions to make our guests happy. We will invite you in to learn more about your hair goals, review your consultation with your stylist, and assess your current results. We'll do everything we can to get you to a better place whether that is revisiting your desired results with your stylist or making adjustments to go in a different direction we are here to work with you. 


Canceling More Than 24 Hours From Your Appointment
If wish to you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, no problem. You can call or email the salon and we will be happy to assist you with your early cancelation.

Canceling Within 24 Hours/No Show Charge
If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged a late cancellation fee which is 50% of the service rate you were scheduled for. All appointments that are scheduled do qualify for the cancellation fee.

Late Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so you can check in and we can assist you in settling into your service time. 

We know that unexpected things happen, if you do arrive more than 15 min past your scheduled appointment, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, whether that’s fitting you in for our shorter service or rescheduling you for another time. If you’re running late, please give us a heads up by calling the salon. 


For products that are either unopened or minimally used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days.
